There was a time I believed shrinking would keep me safe.
As a Black woman, daughter of Nigerian immigrants, and cycle breaker, exposure felt dangerous.
But staying small didn’t protect me. It only drained me.
My shift began when I stopped betraying myself and chose to honor my joy, trust myself, and live in alignment.
Now, I guide others back to their truth, so they can address and release what no longer serves them. It's time to choose what fuels the pursuit of your greatest desires.
